I have recently moved back to India from London and have been trying to ramp up our family farm produce as I gauge interest in Organic farming in India.

All are products are 100% organic and produced with NO fertilizers in our pesticide free fields in the Terai region of Uttarakhand. We only use green manure in our production. As a side note, Canola oil makes for a good cooking medium since the food absorbs very little of this oil in frying.
