MALABAR TAMARIND
Description
Malabar tamarind is one of the common ingredients used in fish curries in Kerala. It also used in Ayurveda medicines. Kudampuli or Malabar tamarind have high level of hydroxycritic acid(HCA) and it is mostly used for weight loss. HCA mainly remove the enzyme which convert the sugar into fat to our body. And recently, scientist invented that it have an ability to cut weight loss in short time comparing with other supplement.
Malabar tamarind can use in curries or simply drop in a full glass water and kept for one night and drink early morning before having any food.
Malabar tamarind have a different name in different places, in tamil nadu, it called as palm puli and Simachinta in Andhra pradesh.
PREPARATION:
After rip the fruit, dried and mix with salt and oil. And normally keep it in mud pot.
